Member Login Problems

With the recent website upgrade everyone's access to the site has been reset.  New User accounts have been established for all current SWCC members and you should have received an automated e-mail from the system with your new login ID and initial password.

If you are a current member and did not receive the automated e-mail it is probably because either we don't have your e-mail address on file to establish a new user account for you or the e-mail address currently on file is not correct.

If you are a current SWCC member and did not receive the automated e-mail or are having other difficulties logging into the site, please contact one of the SWCC Board Members or speak with us at the weekly club ride.

  1. How do your register as a new, dues-paid member?

    Thanks.

    • Welcome! Drop me an e-mail at CUME91@earthlink.net with your full name and preferred e-mail address and I’ll get your account activated. You will then receive an automated e-mail from the system with an initial password and login information. When you login the first time go to your profile and change your password.

If you haven’t already joined the club you’ll have to fill out an application and mail it along with your annual dues to our post office box. The club application and filing instructions should be on the ‘MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION’ page under the ‘MEMBERS ONLY’ tab at the top on the page in the banner. If the link to the club application is not working it will be fixed shortly. Thanks for your patience.

      See you on the road!

  2. Greetings,

I have looked over your page several times trying to find any type of information for someone interested other than just paying dues and becoming a member. Do you do weekly rides or on a different schedule? Do you have different pace groups? Is there a way to meet/greet to get to know who the riders are before registering? I would be interested in finding some of this out if it is available as I am looking for a fun group to ride with and get more experience and better training around the southwestern Houston area. Thank you for your feedback.

    • will,

My name is Bill Thomas and Im the Membership Chairman for SWCC. We have training rides on Sat and Sun as described on the website. Almost always there are 2 groups and in the event of 1 group only the pace is slower. Generally the A group has an average speed of about 23mph and the B group just under 20

Hope this helps. If you have other questions email me directly bthomas@geotrace.com

    • Also,

Come out a little early and introduce yourself, there are always new riders.
