• REGISTRATION     

• Register on line until 6 PM CST Thursday, March 15, 2012.     

• No Race Weekend registration. You will NOT be able to register at the event.     

• Registration is available via USA Cycling Registration  https://www.usacycling.org/myusac/index.php?pagename=registration&eventid=727&year=2012
• or Mail-in only. Bike Reg deadline is 6 PM CST Thursday, March 15, 2012 and mail-in registration must be postmarked no later than Thursday, March 8, 2012.     

• To register via mail, send a completed Standard Athletes Release Form with your check and the race category you are entering to the address listed below. Entry must be post-marked no later than March 8, 2012. Make checks payable to "Southwest Cycling Club" and mail registration information to:

•  ENTRY FEES:
  • $30 - Junior 4/5 & Juniors 4/5 10 - 14
  • $70 - Women Open and Women 4
  • $75 - Cat 3, Cat 4, Cat 5, M35+ 4/5, and M40+ 1/2/3/4
  • $80 - Pro/Cat 1 and Cat 2

   

•  LICENSE FEES:
  • Riders without a current USAC license will be required to either purchase an annual license or two 1-day USAC licenses.
  • 1-day licenses are only for "beginner" racers and as such only Cat 5 Men and Cat 4 Women are eligible to purchase 1-day licenses. No exceptions.

   

• PACKET PICKUP:

  • pick-up will be at The SPJST Hall, in Fayetteville, from 5PM to 9 PM Friday night and Saturday morning starting at 6 AM. You must have your packet picked up 30 minutes before your scheduled race start time.
  • The SPJST Hall is on FM 159 just NE of the town square.
